Hailing the ooze and enthusiasm of our magnificent nation, a grand celebration was witnessed by JB Institute of Technology, Dehradun on the auspicious occasion of Republic Day on 26th January 2019. The Republic of our diversified country was vibrantly celebrated by the JBIT family with paramount zeal and patriotism. The function started with the Flag hoisting along with the graceful National Anthem been choired by the entire JBIT family simultaneously. The entire ambiance radiated the stupendous glaze and marvelous brilliance of the Indian saga when every JBIT’ian chanted “Jana Gana Mana Addhinayak Jai Hai, Bhaarat Bhagya Vidhata “ with full patriotic emotion and pious feeling for India.
Every heart filled with elated honor and pleasure by seeing mesmerizing Tiranga waiving with full pride along with the exquisite Tricolor aura ostentatiously. Flag hoisting was then followed by the inspirational speech of the Honorable Chairman of the group – Er. L.D. Singhal. While addressing the JBIT family, Chairman Sir briefed the relevance and importance of this gala day and also discussed the valor and efforts of great freedom fighters, which in turn resulted in India becoming an Independent, Sovereign Socialist Secular Democratic Republic country. This is the day when the Constitution of our country came into effect and our country attained full
independence and our country was established on the world front as a democratic country. He appealed to the students also to draft a Preamble for
themselves in their lives that could guide them to be focused on the enlightened path of truth and responsibility towards their nation and society.
After the wonderful speech of the honorable Chairman sir, various cultural programs were presented by the students including patriotic songs and
speeches. The program ended with sweets distribution. Among the present dignitaries were Mr. Sandeep Singhal – Vice Chairman, Prof.(Dr.) Parul Goyal –Director, Dr. Vishant Kumar – Registrar. All Head of Departments, Teachers, and students were also present.
