Basant Panchami

The Spring Season – “Basant Panchami” was graciously welcomed by JB Institute of Technology, Dehradun on 10th February 2019 at Institute campus. As the spring comes, every particle of nature gets blossomed. King of all seasons – Spring is of great importance. New energy is transmitted everywhere in every aspect enlightening its yellow and verdurous shade. People are filled with glee and gaiety. On the auspicious day of Basant Panchami, the goddess of knowledge Maa Saraswati was born, hence the worship of Goddess Saraswati is specially done on this day. Basant Panchami at JBIT campus was also celebrated with great fanfare. Honorable Chairman of the Institute Mr. L.D. Singhal along with entire JBIT family offered prayers and received blessings from Maa Saraswati. On this auspicious day, all faculties and students wished perpetual knowledge for themselves from Maa Saraswati. Among the present dignitaries were Honorable Chairman of the Institute Mr. L.D. Singhal, Mr. Sandeep Singhal – Vice Chairman, Prof.(Dr.) Parul Goyal – Director, Dr. Vishant Kumar – Registrar. All Head of Departments, Teachers, and students were also present.
